Electric Forest Announces Expansion to Two Weekends, June 22-25 and June 29-July 2, 2017

The beloved Michigan festival reveals “An Intimate Expansion of Community,” offering two distinct weekends for its seventh year.

Rothbury, Mich. – Today, Electric Forest (EF) announced that it will offer two unique weekends of the beloved music and camping festival at the legendary Double JJ Ranch in Rothbury, Michigan. The festival, which will take place June 22–June 25 and June 29–July 2, 2017, posted official news of this “Intimate Expansion of Community” on its website this morning. With last year’s festival selling out again in record time – a mere two weeks after tickets went on sale – Electric Forest’s move to offer two distinct, back to back weekends at a lower capacity strives to nurture the evolution and growth of the EF community while honoring the much-cherished EF experience.

Electric Forest producers Madison House Presents and Insomniac hope that expanding the festival to two weekends in 2017 allows the EF community to invite more friends, participate in more ideas, and continue to contribute to this next chapter of Electric Forest together.
