ECLIPSE Festival 2016: Circle of Light, Ste-Thérèse-de-la-Gatineau, Canada

Boris Brejcha, Ticon, D-Nox, Tetrameth and Laughing Buddha Among Headliners for Eclipse Festival 2016!

An electrifying experience soundly rooted in the heart of current and eclectic electronic music awaits all participants at the next Eclipse festival. The 13th adventure of Eclipse festival will take place from July 28th to August 1st in Ste-Thérèse-de-la-Gatineau.

Travellers from all over North America are expected for this mystical and out of the ordinary experience. Eclipse festival goes back to its roots, presenting its new edition on the legendary site of Bonnet Rouge, on the shores of the Gatineau River in Sainte-Thérèse-de-la-Gatineau. Eclectic programming will include over 20 international artists and 100 North American artists on 3 electronic-music stages (psychedelic trance, techno, and ambient/downtempo/dub) in futuristic decors and immersive visuals. You’ll also find a rest and healing area offering holistic care and a space for workshops and conferences. Come experience new connections, meet new people and share conscious experiences in a parallel universe! Come discover a transformational experience with technological arts, contemporary electronic music, dance, alternative philosophies, Mother Nature and your own self. We are a circle of light!

The enchanted Bonnet Rouge site in Ste-Thérèse-de-la-Gatineau will host for the 7th time this unique experience that draws bi-annually nearly 3000 festival-goers from the four directions. This colourful weekend, three music stages will each welcome an elaborate assortment of artists from the international and local scenes serving up a most varied musical selection.

Eclipse festival provides an opportunity for symbiosis between music and the outdoors. It takes place in a stretch of land purposefully crafted to generate a spectacular immersive experience, both auditory – taking advantage of state-of-the-art sound technology – as well as visually. Overflowing with imagination, immersive space designers such as Artescape from South Africa, TechSafari, Entheovision and Conception Element will conceive unique universes. The evenings culminate in a breathtaking laser show that is not to be missed (Lasertech Canada).

Moreover, therapists and different specialists will participate in a therapeutic programme in a space specially designed for the purpose. Festival goers may camp on site as well as enjoy numerous facilities.
